'Telford’s Harbour' - (2-4 persons)
Twin beds or super king divan with ensuite shower room
This large room has an expansive view of Beinn Ghobhlach, across Loch Broom and down to Ullapool Harbour. With a large settee (potential pull-out bed for 2 further persons) – it makes for a really relaxing stay. The ensuite wet room has underfloor heating.
A table and chairs completes this suite - which can be used as a setting for a tasty takeaway. Breakfast will be served to your room.
Ullapool Harbour was designed by renowned engineer Thomas Telford in the early 19th Century in a response to the herring fishing boom. The room is decorated to reflect its picturesque outlook.
'The Bothy' Suite - 2 persons - private sauna - dog friendly
Spacious self-contained guest suite with private entrance. Standard double bedroom with wetroom shower. A dedicated dressing area adds a touch of luxury. Comfy leather settee, table and chairs for dining in with a tasty takeaway, designed to help you plan your next day from the comfort of your suite. Pamper yourselves with sole use of Bungalow 500's in-house sauna (robes and towels provided). Breakfast will be served to your suite. Dog-friendly - up to 2 dogs included in the tariff.
From the 18th Century onwards there has been a Gaelic tradition of 'cottage' shelter for farmworkers in remote areas. Our Bothy is rather more luxurious.
First Floor
'Sealoch' - (2 persons)
Twin beds or super king divan with ensuite bath and shower room
This first floor bedroom is dual aspect which gives super views across Loch Broom and the mountains beyond. Light, airy, spacious and decorated to reflect the hues of the Highlands. Sealoch has a comfy sofa, table and chairs which is ideal for relaxation, reading and where your breakfast can be enjoyed in the comfort of your room.
The ensuite bathroom has an original roll top bath to luxuriate in (bubble bath provided) alongside a stand alone power shower.
'North Coast 500' Room/Suite - (2-5 persons)
Designed for a couple and/or friends:family in mind. It is a suite of 2 rooms. A superking/twin bed room (with basin) leads through an interconnecting door to a twin room. The suite share a family shower room
The twin bedded room has a lovely view of our incredibly secluded half acre woodland garden. There is an abundance of Copper Birch, Rowan, Silver Birch, Rhododendron, Holly and Gorse flora. It is home to an array of birds, including a very territorial robin and (if up early enough) a visiting deer or two!
The twin/superking (a further bed can be made available here for a 5th guest) overlooks Loch Broom and down to Ullapool Harbour. Each room has a velux roof window from where the setting sun illuminates Beinn Ghobhlach. A seated tv area further completes this relaxing suite of rooms.
There is a discount on tariff for those needing the superking/twin room only or for those travelling with under-12year olds.
All our rooms have:

Guest Lounge
Our guest lounge (complete with a wood burner) is there so that you can plan your day, use if the weather is inclement and for evening relaxation. If you don’t fancy going out to one of the many restaurants in the village then we will set you up with plates and cutlery so you can enjoy your 'take-out'.
The Highlands are prone to a spot of rain and so we have a drying room to help make the next day more comfortable.
Other facilities
There is a secure lock-up for anyone with a push or motor bike.
We have installed an in-house sauna (up to 6 persons) to give a relaxing end to what will be a fabulous day spent in the Highlands. The sauna is only available on booking The Bothy Suite.
